Hi, I’m Jade.
I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy at AUT & am a certified Havening practitioner. Currently, I am furthering my study with the Wellington Transactional Analysis (TA) Institute. My approach includes mindfulness, person-centred & relational TA psychotherapy that is geared towards supporting you through challenging emotional experiences & fostering your ability to learn from, accept & adapt to them.
We work together to explore unhelpful patterns that might be causing you distress, confusion or overwhelm to establish effective tools you can draw on to implement desired change.
